Delivery and return policy
Delivery and post:
- In case of delivery of a damaged package, do not accept the package.
- Unpack the received packages immediately. We recommend that you record the unpacking of the package on video.
- If you find out after unpacking that the contents of the package are damaged, immediately claim the package with the carrier - in the case of Slovak Post, you must file a claim in person at the nearest post office within 24 hours of receipt of the parcel, you must bring the parcel and the shipping packaging to the post office.
- If, for reasons arising on Your side, the Goods are delivered repeatedly or in a different manner than agreed in the Contract, it is Your obligation to reimburse Us for the costs associated with such repeated delivery.

- Please respect copyrights.
- Copyright is the result of our artistic activity, it remains the property of the author. This means that @paintedmailbox, @malovaneschranky, reserves the right to reuse them, including re-implementations.
- The product we make for you remains yours, the copyright remains @paintedmailbox, @malovaneschranky.
For made-to-order products, their production takes between 10 and 14 days from receipt and payment of the order.
Transportation:
For transport you can choose the following options:
- Slovak Post
- Packeta (courier, dispensing points and Z-Boxes)
The postage to your country will be shown to you at the time of ordering.
Payments:
Payment for the goods is possible in the following ways:
- by credit card when ordering
- Google Pay/ Apple Pay when ordering
- on invoice in advance - the work will be produced only after payment
- cash on delivery - for Slovakia only, subject to a fee of EUR 2.
Returns and complaints:
We offer a satisfaction guarantee.
In case of dissatisfaction with the product, you can return the product within 14 days. Please contact us by email or phone to clarify the problem.
Cost of return - postage and packing - is not refundable on returned goods, costs are the responsibility of the buyer.
